Platinum Games Details Bayonetta’s Nintendo Costumes
The sexy Umbra Witch gets her Nintendo cosplay on with these new costumes in Bayonetta 2.
Platinum Games has detailed some of the special features going into the port of the original Bayonetta title that is going to be packaged in with its sequel for the Wii U. Isao Negishi, director of the Bayonetta Wii U port, has announced that the original title will have some new costumes exclusive to this version of the game. The Princess Peach, Link and Samus Aran costumes are all shaping up to be formidable and fashionable additions to Bayonetta's wardrobe.
Bayonetta is known to be able to summon giant demons to help her fight. Many of times, these demons are so enormous that only their legs or arms are able to be summoned through Bayonetta's portals as she fights. While wearing the Princess Peach costume, Bayonetta will have the assistance of Bowser trying to punch and kick enemies just as her demons would.
With Link's costume on and the Shuraba katana equipped, Bayonetta will wield The Legend of Zelda series' iconic weapon, the Master Sword. Finally, with the Samus costume, Bayonetta will be able to flip her visor up or down during cutscenes whenever you would like, adding for a ton of hilarity.
Bayonetta 2 will be launching this October, exclusively for Wii U, and will include the complete original game as part of the package, too.
