Young Horses, developers of Octodad: Dadliest Catch, have released some stats regarding the game's performance during its first year.

It looks like quite a few of you have been caught by Octodad's sticky, tentacled embrace, since 459,735 units of the game have been moved. This equates to $4,902,945 in gross revenue. A look at the pie chart will show you that most of the sales were on PC, with PlayStation 4 sales providing a sizable chunk in second place.

Some more facts that are unrelated to units sold or money made are listed near the bottom. It's interesting to see that only 37% of players completed the story mode. And it makes sense that there were more views of Pewdiepie's Let's Play videos of the game, clocking in at 8.44 million views, than there were units sold.
