With LittleBigPlanet 3 coming this fall to PS3 and PS4, we can expect a whole new group of awesome costumes for dressing up our little sack people. Twitter has given us a glimpse of a few of them, this time with some indie flair.

Mike Bithell, creator of Thomas Was Alone, recently Tweeted this picture:

That's right, they've made LittleBigPlanet costumes out of square AIs. They look pretty good too, although Toggle on the left there looks like a 1970's refrigerator, but that doesn't make me want to play with this costume any less. We wonder if we'll see the other squares from Thomas was Alone, or if Swoop or Oddsock will get the Thomas Was Alone treatment too.

One thing we don't wonder about, however, is that any source material out in the world can be turned into a LittleBigPlanet costume. Seriously, if the LBP3 team can turn colored squares into awesome costumes, anything is possible. We don't know where the team will go from here, but we're sure that any costumes they do make will fit right into the LBP world, even if the source material seems like it won't.

LittleBigPlanet 3 launches Nov. 18 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
