Crystal Dynamic's most recent Tomb Raider spin-off, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, is going to test your friendships with its co-op puzzles.

In Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris' most recent Dev Diary, Executive Producer Scot Amos and Lead Level Designer Jeff Wajcs join together to talk about the exciting puzzles that this new game brings to the table. You can always play the Temple of Osiris in single player mode, but it's much more fun playing with up to three other friends and solving puzzles together.

One of the most thoroughly discussed topics in the video is the imagination that it took to provide the players with puzzles that gained difficulty as they gained players. Wajcs goes over an example of how he accomplished this when talking about the level where Lara has to manipulate mirrors to destroy the Rifts of Duat. In single player, all Lara has to do is turn the mirror around so that it shines on the rifts, which are then destroyed. In co-op mode, there are more elements added to make it harder -- not only does Lara have to manipulate the mirror, but while this is all going on, one of the gods has to lower its staff to use the platform and then another player has to shoot the staff in order to destroy the rifts.

Amos and Wajcs are hoping that you are just as excited about these daunting puzzle levels as they are. If you want to try out these levels with your friends, make sure to mark your calendars for Dec. 9, when Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris launches on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
