Hotline Miami Coming to PS4 with Cross-Buy

Better dust off that collection of masks because the first Hotline Miami will be coming to PlayStation 4 to coincide with the release of its sequel.

In an interview with Destructoid, Devolver Digital's Nigel Lowrie has stated that the first Hotline Miami is officially coming to PlayStation 4. Lowrie explained that since they are already doing its sequel on the PS4, they might as well should port the original as well.

A major difference that sets Hotline Miami apart from its cohorts is that Devolver Digital will be support Cross-Buy for the upcoming port. This means that if you previously purchased Hotline Miami on the PlayStation Network, you will be able to download and play it on your other PlayStation devices linked to your PSN account. So if you bought Hotline Miami on your Vita or PS3, you won't need to purchase it again on your PlayStation 4.

More on Hotline Miami's sequel is expected to be revealed at PAX East. Hotline Miami 2 is currently slated to arrive sometime in 2014.
