Before Trailer: Shape Your History

Facepunch Studios, the team behind Rust, has a new survival game coming, and this time the developers are going back to the stone age.

Don't let the stylized design fool you, Before is going to be a challenging game. Though the first footage debuted at the Game Awards, Before's website offered a bit more insight into what to expect from the upcoming sim/survival game. You'll be in charge of entire tribe of prehistoric people, and you have to hunt and create shelter in order to survive. Yes, there will be mammoths, but there will also be so much more. The video showcased crude boatsmanship, whales, changing climates and more adversity for your tribe to face.

Before doesn't currently have a release date, but it will be available on PC and Mac when it does arrive.
