The official launch trailer for the other Assassin's Creed game, Rogue, hit the series' official YouTube. Finally being able to hunt the hunters may end up being more interesting than Assassin's Creed Rogue's big brother, Unity

There's a lot of intrigue surrounding Shay and his adventures in the North Atlantic, with players curious about what life will be like on the Templar side of the battlefield. This trailer give us some idea of what to expect, and it looks an awful lot like Assassin's Creed III, with snowy fields, British opposition, and massive killing sprees. The only major difference is the Irish accent and you're killing Assassins instead of siding with them -- we can get used to that.

We applaud Ubisoft for releasing two different Assassin's Creed games on the same day instead of just making Unity both current-gen and last-gen. We wonder if the possibility that Rogue may actually be better than Unity had ever crossed their minds when making this decision, but we doubt it made much of a difference. We want both games to be good, of course, but should Rogue prove to be more enjoyable than its big brother, Ubisoft may have some serious re-evaluating to do.

Assassin's Creed: Rogue is out now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Shay needs some places to get rid of all those Assassin corpses, and we've got it covered:
