Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Watch Dogs May Be Coming to Next Xbox
Microsoft’s newest console hasn’t yet been announced, but according to the LinkedIn profile pages of some Ubsioft developers, we already know a few titles that will be coming to the platform.
According to Videogamer, the LinkedIn profiles of two Ubisoft employees listed them as working on Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Watchdogs for the “Xbox 720.” One profile listed Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag as coming out for the, “PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox 720, and Wii U,” however the others simply listed Watchdogs for the “PS4/Xbox 720.” With “Xbox 720” being repeated so often, many gamers and analysts alike are speculating that this might actually be the final name of Microsoft’s next console.
As of now, the two LinkedIn profiles in question haven’t been taken down. Rumors have been going around about a possible Xbox 720 reveal this May. If that is true, Microsoft may simply not care enough to get the profiles pulled.
When reached for comment, Ubisoft declined to give any further information.
