Assassin’s Creed 3: The Tyranny of King Washington DLC Trailer Premiere at 2012 VGA

Are you a fan of alternate realities and what-ifs? If so, The Tyranny of King Washington might be a piece of Assassin's Creed III downloadable content that should interest you.

If you've already finished all of Assassin's Creed III and its massive offerings (we highly doubt it, unless you're sleepless demon robot), then you should be happy to know that the first piece of DLC has received a trailer. The video gives us a lot of close-up shots of a bizzaro version of George Washington on a throne of gold. We even catch a glance at an Apple of Eden that tops his scepter.

The trailer is devoid of any actual gameplay footage, but it's still enough to get us psyched for more Assassin's Creed III, especially because of its alternate reality angle. View the trailer in the video from GameTrailers below, starting at the 4:00 mark.
