Assassin’s Creed Action Figures Receive McFarlane Touch
Assassin's Creed is expanding its world beyond the gaming universe. A movie starring Michael Fassbender is already in the works, and now fans of the Ubisoft franchise will be treated to an Assassin's Creed action figure line that's being developed by McFarlane Toys. The first release in the series will feature seven figures, two of which will feature two versions of Connor.
Fans can purchase Connor in his Assassin's Creed III traditional garb or as Ratonhnhake:ton from the Tyranny of King George story arc. Haytham Kenway is another character featured in the action figure line.
The figures, standing an estimated six inches tall, should also appeal to gamers who don't often buy collectibles, as they come with a special code which unlocks exclusive Assassin's Creed video game content.
"The Assassin's Creed series is a huge hit with gamers, and continues to grow in popularity," said McFarlane Toys CEO Todd McFarlane. "We're thrilled to have the opportunity to create high quality collectibles based on their games, and to bring them to a wide audience at a reasonable price"
The Assassin's Creed figure line debuts this summer.
