Smash Bros. For Wii U and 3DS Will Be at E3
Nintendo didn't have any footage to show off, but company president Satoru Iwata revealed a Wii U and 3DS version of a new Smash Bros. game would debut at E3 2013.
Development of both titles, which were originally intended to be cross-compatible, has been a massive undertaking for Team Sora. While it's a shame there wasn't any actual visual representation of the new games during Wednesday's press conference, the news both titles would appear at E3 was certainly a good surprise.
Just what form the fighting games will be in at E3 remains to be seen, but Nintendo seems confident its E3 showcase will be regarded as one of its best.
