Saints Row 4 and Gat Out of Hell Creative Director Joins Valve

Steve Jaros, the creative director for Saints Row 4 and Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell, is set to leave Volition after a decade to join Valve.

An article on Game Informer points us to a series of tweets from Jaros himself, which feature the announcement of his departure from Volition. His final project is the upcoming downloadable content piece, Saints Row 4: Gat Out of Hell. There's no word regarding whether or not his departure will affect the development process for the Johnny Gat-centric DLC.

We'll provide more information on his move to Valve as soon as more information is made available. We wish Jaros well in his endeavors and will wait for the release of Gat Out of Hell come Jan. 27.
