The PC fighting game Rag Doll Kung Fu, which was first previewed back in 2005 at the Game Developers Conference, is finding a second life for iPad and iPhone users.

Another Place Productions, a newbie outfit created by some of the developers of the Fable series, has been working on the iOS version since December, reports Eurogamer. The title, which was created by Mark Healey while he was an employee at Lionhead Studios, was eventually distributed through Steam.

Fable art director John McCormack has brought his visual style to the iOS version, which features a single player survival and multiplayer mode. GameCenter integration is also available for Rag Doll Kung Fu, which will be a free download that's supported through in-app purchases.

Rag Doll Kung Fu is tentatively set for a summer release.
