Mario Kart 8 DLC Trailer: The Yoshi Circuit Returns

Mario's beloved green sidekick is bringing his own racing circuit to the first downloadable content expansion of Mario Kart 8.

Nintendo has posted a new video featuring the first new track of The Legend of Zelda X Mario Kart 8 DLC expansion. The Yoshi Circuit originally appeared in Mario Kart: Double Dash and is now revamped for Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U.

The first Mario Kart 8 DLC expansion, The Legend of Zelda X Mario Kart 8, will launch sometime next month. It will include Tanooki Mario, Cat Peach and Link as new racers. You will be getting new karts, including the Hylian Motorcycle and B Dasher. This expansion will feature the Yoshi Circuit as well as Wario, F-Zero and Excitebike-themed levels as well.

The Animal Crossing X Mario Kart 8 DLC pack will include Isabelle, the Villager and Dry Bones Bowser, and is expected to launch sometime next spring. Each DLC pack will cost $7.99 by itself, but you can buy both for a bundled price of $11.99.
