No. 29: Usagiyuu – Hottest Cosplay Girls

We had a Pokemon trainer earlier in the list, but now we've got a real, live Pokemon! Well, it's a gijinka cosplay of Vaporeon, but you know what we mean.

Usagiyuu looks stunning in this personification of Eevee's water-type evolution. We give her props for taking a pretty outfit like that onto the sand and for wearing those fins. It can't be easy wearing all of that stuff on your head.
