Someone opened the garage door on Forza Motorsport 6 before it was meant to leave the driveway.

IGN reports that screenshots for Forza Motorsport 6 were accidentally posted onto the Japanese Xbox Wire website. The page containing the pictures has since been taken down, but we all know that nothing ever truly disappears from the Internet. These screenshots feature new weather effects and nighttime driving, which would be a dramatic change to all the races the Forza series has had in near-perfect driving conditions. The Japanese article mentioned that the game would have "breathtaking graphics" and feature a behemoth collection of over 450 cars. We have a feeling all the custom paint jobs and customizations you'll be able to do will make the variety of Forza Motorsport 6 even greater. The game will also feature two-player split-screen gameplay. Races are going to be a bit grander now that they'll be able to support up to 26 racers at a time.

Forza 6 will also feature the return of the Driveatar feature we saw in Forza Motorsport 5. The Driveatar collects data based on your previous races and driving tendencies and plays for you while your Xbox One is turned off. This allows you to rack up winnings, prizes and cash while you're away from your Xbox. Turn 10 Studios is said to be featuring 26 different raceways from around the world.

Forza Motorsport 6 will launch sometime during the 2015 holiday season for the Xbox One. Given Phil Spencer's promise to see more first-party titles during Xbox's E3 2015 presentation, it's almost a given that we'll see some kind of Forza trailer with cars revving and all that racy stuff.
