No. 7 – Eternal Darkness 2

People have been asking about this game for ages. The original Eternal Darkness was one of the most haunting and terrifying games to play. It broke down the fourth wall and sucked you into its mysterious nightmare where you started questioning your own sanity. With its great critical reception and sales performance, it is a travesty that we haven’t seen anything else bearing the name of Eternal Darkness. In a time when Resident Evil has gone all action/adventure on us and Dead Space 3 looks more like Gears of War, we need a good adrenaline shot of terror to our systems. Unfortunately, Eternal Darkness is on our list of 10 Sequels That Will Never Happen.
