The next content update for EA Sports UFC has been revealed, adding three more fighters to the octagon at no extra charge to you the player.

Heavyweight Stipe Miocic and welterweights Matt Brown, and Mike Pyle make their way into the game, giving players a few hot names to fight with. The official EA Sports update on the update also mentions "a whole new set of gameplay improvements, in-game animations, and updates to your online experience" but doesn't go into any specific details.

The trailer above does show the ever-cocky Nick Diaz taunting his opponent before knocking him out, signaling that taunting may be one of the new animations the website talks about. We're okay with that, as a little taunt now and again will make fights more interesting. An angry opponent is a more aggressive opponent, after all.

We hope that these free updates continue, as they keep EA UFC fresh and fun with new faces and features to explore. Best of all, these fighters and gameplay updates are completely free of charge, meaning every players is always on the same page. If EA wanted to adopt that concept across its entire sports lineup, we're not going to complain.

EA Sports UFC Content Update 2.0 is available now, so be ready for new fighting the next time you boot up the game.
