Destiny Trailer: Mission to Mars

This new trailer for Bungie's Destiny takes us to the red planet. Thank goodness we didn't forget our bullets.

That's right, we referenced Brian De Palma's worst movie in the title -- it was either that or John Carpenter's 'Ghosts of Mars.' This trailer takes our Titan characters to the 'Red Planet' in order to try and retake the former civilized areas of the Golden Age. Thinking of 'Red Planet,' 'Ghosts of Mars' and 'Mission to Mars' reminds us that there are a lot of horrible movies about planet Mars, but Destiny will not let us down. Just look at the behemoth Cabal you have to fight. You will also be fighting the Vex, the time-traveling robots, on Mars as well. Despite how ridiculous that sounds, it will be amazing.

Destiny launches on Sept. 9 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
