Bayonetta 2’s Star Fox Suit Comes with an Amazing Bonus

We have been hoping to play Star Fox on the Wii U, but we weren't expecting anything like this Bayonetta 2 Easter egg.

Courtesy of Nintendo Everything, we have found a video on YouTuber Maximilian Dood's channel that features one of the greatest Easter eggs in recent memory. While we have already knew about the Princess Peach, Samus, Link and Fox McCloud costumes in Bayonetta 2, the video above features an amazing bonus you get for wearing the Star Fox outfit during the flying vehicle sequences of the game. That's right, Bayonetta will actually turn into an Arwing, which looks, sounds and plays like an updated version of Fox's iconic vehicle. This video just made our day. You want bomb shooting? You want lock-on targetting? You want barrel rolls? You got it. Bayonetta did what the Big N hasn't been able to do for the past 15 years -- provide an excellent Star Fox experience on a Nintendo console.

Bayonetta 2 launches on Oct. 24 exclusively for Wii U.
