No. 9 – Carolina Angulo

This is Carolina Angulo, a cosplayer from the Dominican Republic, and she actually made it as our Cosplay of the Day with her Ibuki outfit. Ibuki, as you may know, is the young kunoichi (female ninja), in the Street Fighter series who is famous for her abundant speed and acrobatic abilities.

But she also does very well as Chun-Li, even donning a little parasol to keep the sun off of the character's signature qipao dress.
