Ubisoft's Julian Garrity announced a release date for the publisher's upcoming open-world racer, The Crew, and showed off a new high-speed trailer at the Ubisoft E3 presentation today.

Highlighting the massive scope and ambition of The Crew, the trailer shows various cars, including the Pagani Huayra, racing from Miami to Los Angeles in one of the game's 2-hour races. A zoom out of the map showed crews populating the entirety of the continental US. The game's map, while huge, won't incorporate the whole country, so we're interested to see exactly what this map indicates.

The Crew will be released for Xbox One, PS4 and PC on November 11, but E3 attendees can check it out at the Sony, Microsoft, nVidia and Ubisoft booths. A closed beta will begin on July 23, and players can sign up now for a chance to get a look at one of the most intriguing racing titles in years.
