A new, original Transformers game could be on the way, according to a recent Amazon posting.

High Moon's Deadpool is still on track to come out this June, and each new batch of screenshots has more interested in spending some quality time with ol' Wade Wilson.

High Moon got Deadpool's approval to introduce fellow X-Force member Psylocke and frequent X-adversary Mr. Sinister to his upcoming action game.

The Merc with a Mouth is on his way, but we've still got a bit of a wait until the Deadpool game is released in the summer. Thankfully, a handful of new screenshots should tide us over until more inevitable news of Wade Wilson surfaces.

Deadpool, beloved by Marvel fans for his sarcastic and often cavalier attitude, makes his way to PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 on June 25th. Gamers who pre-order on Amazon or through GameStop will get a few bonuses with their purchase.

Deadpool's Xbox 360 achievements have been posted online, giving players a look at what they'll have to do to score invisible brownie points with the "Merc with a Mouth." And, as with any list of achievements and/or trophies, one should expect some SLIGHT SPOILERS, although any story elements seem to have been kept secret.

Deadpool's twisted sense of humor is a huge reason for his popularity, but there is nothing funny regarding today's news of Activision's decision to lay off 40 full-time employees at High Moon Studios. Along with its anticipated Deadpool title, High Moon Studios also developed the Transformers video games.

The boisterous Deadpool might become the Merc with a Release Date, now that a scan from a comic book shows an ad with a release window for the game.

We can't wait until that bastion of 4th Wall-destroying irreverence, Deadpool, comes out with his very own game. Until then, we'll have to whet our appetites with these new screenshots.
