Hardlight

Well, if it doesn't feel like 1991 up in this iPad right about now. Why? That's because I got Sonic Dash loaded up. The good developers at Hardlight must have found a hidden cache of Blast Processing to inject into this title, because Sonic the Hedgehog is finally moving fast again!

Last week, thanks to watchful monitoring courtesy of the members of the website The Sonic Stadium, we reported on the story that SEGA was at work on an unannounced title called Sonic Dash. Following that news, we have official word from SEGA today, via a press release, that their new Sonic game will indeed be an endless-runner titled called Sonic Dash. Sega released Sonic Jump last October and it was a fine enough game. We liked it alright, but it definitely didn't knock our socks off. And like a lot of other gamers out there, we couldn't help but wonder why Sonic, a video game character that is famous for running fast, did no running at all in Sonic Jump. Well if rumors are true, it appears that the endless running genre of mobile gaming night
