Face Scanning Feature Coming to WWE 2K16

Update:

We've sound some unconfirmed video footage from YouTuber WWE2Kdev that showcases a new face scanning system for WWE 2K16's Create A Superstar mode. Similar to other 2K sports games, it looks like WWE 2K16 can use your Xbox or PlayStation's camera (sold separately of course) to scan your picture and put it on your custom-made superstar. This behind the scenes video shows Stephen Amell's face being scanned into the game, giving this custom wrestler an Arrow-esque makeover.

Please note: this YouTube account has not been confirmed as belonging to the team at Yuke's or any of the other developers involved with the creation of WWE 2K16, so please take this footage with a grain of salt.

Here's a quick, low quality video of the game's dirty pin system in action. Here, we can see Seth Rollins using the ropes for additional leverage as he attempts to pin John Cena (because it's so impossible for him to lose clean nowadays).

Original Story

The Ultimate Warrior, Sting, Sami Zayn, Hideo Itami and many other great wrestlers have been announced for WWE 2K16. We also have Kevin Owens' intro video.

Yuke's and WWE have unveiled the latest additions to WWE 2K16. Luckily, even more of the NXT roster has been confirmed for the game, which is a great sign. Adam Rose, Zack Ryder, Bo Dallas, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Brock Lesnar, Goldust, Heath Slater, Hideo Itami, Jack Swagger, Kevin Owens, Neville, Sami Zayn, Roman Reigns, Stardust, Tyler Breeze, Sting, Ultimate Warrior and Ric Flair have all been confirmed for WWE 2K16. Itami, Owens, Breeze and Zayn were the ones I was worried for most, but it looks like the guys from NXT will be hitting the ring. I just hope that Samoa Joe, Apollo Crews (also known as Uhaa Nation in the indies), Sasha Banks, Bayley, Charlotte and Becky Lynch are included as well.

This group of wrestlers will join the previously confirmed names of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Bad News Barrett (the inclusion of Bad News Barrett and not King Barrett suggests the roster might be a little outdated), Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Booker T, Colonel Mustafa, Emma, Eva Marie, General Adnan, Kalisto, Kane, Lord Steven Regal, Sin Cara, Summer Rae, Tamina and Triple H.

WWE 2K16 will debut on Oct. 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Pre-ordering the game will unlock the Terminator on the roster, despite Arnie never being a wrestler.
