2K Sports had previously mentioned a "2K Showcase" mode that would highlight two of WWE's biggest rivalries in WWE 2K15, but they hadn't said who we'd be following... until now.

2K has revealed that the 2002-2004 rivalry between Shawn Michaels and Triple H and the 2011-2013 rivalry between John Cena and CM Punk will be the focuses of the two on-disc episodes of 2K Showcase, with more to come via DLC.

"The moment Triple H ended his longtime friendship with ‘The Heartbreak Kid’ by slamming him with a Pedigree was a defining moment in WWE history,” Chris Snyder, Vice President of Marketing at 2K, said in a press release. “No fan can deny the fierce competition marking the notorious battles waged between Cena and Punk. These two rivalries are firmly etched in WWE history, and 2K Showcase enables fans to take part in those memorable experiences.”

Michaels/HHH is no surprise, as they are two of the most iconic wrestlers of all time, but Cena/Punk is very surprising considering the way CM Punk left the company on not-so-great terms earlier this year. We're more than glad to relive this feud, however, especially if it includes the full CM Punk "shoot" from just before Money in the Bank 2011.

WWE 2K15 launches Oct. 28 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
