Ever feel the need or desire to train a hedgehog? Wide Sky, from newbie developer Marcus Eckert, offers gamers that challenge, as 40 tasks await the crafty and cunning animal.

In a world littered with iOS titles trying to make its respective mark, the underdog developer should hopefully get an extra share of goodwill and support from hardcore gamers. That is, however, if the game is actually any good. The trailer, which promotes Wide Sky as an adventure filled with "detailed animation," and impressive visuals, The real question is whether giving a hedgehog special powers and a select number of ropes equates to an entertaining game play experience.
