A shapeless blob with loosely defined features, Ditto is capable of reorganizing its cellular structure into nearly any physical object. Generally, however, it uses this power to transform into other Pokemon, which gives it temporary use of all their abilities.

Things get truly weird when it comes to Ditto's, um, mating habits. It can, thanks to its ability to transform, breed with nearly any other Pokemon to produce eggs of the other's species.

Players are still trying to understand how Dittos themselves are made, and some suggest that they simply divide like an amoeba. As for us, we'd rather not speculate on this weird Pokemon's shady breeding habits any further.
