Van Helsing Studio, NeocoreGames, Announces Deathtrap

We have been hoping for a new tower defense title to debut on current-gen consoles, and the makers of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing have stepped forward to answer the call with its upcoming action-RPG, Deathtrap.

NeocoreGames has unveiled its newest title, Deathtrap, which is filled with deadly monsters trying to escape their prisons where you must use all sorts of gadgets to slow them down and keep them contained. The otherworld has a multitude of strongholds that imprison unspeakable horrors. These fortresses are comprised of elaborate mazes filled with deadly traps that are meant to keep these abominations at bay. You must choose a hero and defend the maze by constructing even more traps and death machines for the monsters' paths while fixing up the ancient prison in order to help prevent any creatures from reaching the outside world.

This tower defense / action-RPG hybrid will be coming this fall to PC for $19.99, with launches on both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 sometime in the near feature.
