The U.S. will be getting two different limited edition versions of Naughty Dog's The Last of Us.

It appears we'll be getting some unique versions of The Last of Us after all. Instead of opting to limit players to just one super-expensive version however, Naughty Dog also has plans for a limited edition that's only a bit more than the standard game.

The Survival Edition of the game includes The Art of the Last of Us, a full-size hardcover art book from Dark Horse Comics, a copy of The Last of Us: American Dreams #1 comic book, a steelbook case for the game, a Naughty Dog sticker sheet, and a download coupon for the Sights and Sound DLC, which includes the soundtrack, a dynamic theme, and avatars fro Joel and Ellie. The Survival Edition will retail for $79.99.

The bigger and badder Post-Pandemic Edition is packed with some of the same content (the comic, the stickers, the steelbook case), but also adds in a 12-inch statue of Joel and Ellie created by Project Triforce. The Sights and Sound DLC is also joined by the Survival DLC, which includes multiplayer bonuses and additional skins for Joel and Ellie. This edition is bit pricier at $159.99, and is only available through Gamestop.

Some pretty cool stuff for those of you looking forward to the game to enjoy. Hopefully The Last of Us lives up to the high standard of quality Naughty Dog is known for. The Last of Us will be available only on the PlayStation 3 on May 7th, 2013.
