Supergiant Games has just announced its next game, Transistor. You'll be able to play it first at PAX East.

It's been a while since we've heard from the creators of Bastion, but on Tuesday Supergiant Games announced Transistor, another isometric action RPG with unbelievable style. Transistor follows Red, an influential voice in the futuristic city of Cloudbank, who must find out why other people of influence are disappearing before she herself is taken away.

The action on display in the first teaser trailer is quite pretty to watch, as are the overall visuals. There's something really eye-catching about the painted scheme and the technological designs working together that just pops. If you happen to be one of the fortunate people attending PAX East this weekend, you can be among the first to play Transistor. Supergiant will have an early version of the game on display.

We're jealous.

Check out the trailer below, and let us know if you're stoked for Transistor's 2014 release.
