THQ confirmed that they are selling the remainder of their intellectual properties, with the sales expected to finished by mid-May. Franchises up for grabs include Destroy All Humans, MX, Darksiders, Red Faction, Big Beach Sports, and Summoner. Licensed software include Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet, Nancy Drew: The Hidden Staircase, and Supreme Commander.

Final bids must be submitted by April 15th, and THQ will consult with a creditors committee to determine the best bid for each of their properties. The sales will be handed over to the court for final approval.

Last December, THQ filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. In January, THQ sold three of its studios and several games that were in development. From the sale, THQ received over $72 million.
