More new videos that show off the new features in The Sims 4 keep trickling out, giving us more to look forward to in the upcoming life sim.

John Berges, a designer on The Sims 4, acts as our guide in the video, giving us a brief rundown on the new and improved Build Mode. It's now easier than ever to create a home for your Sims, no matter what your tastes. We're reintroduced to Bella and Mortimer Goth, a couple of Sims who have appeared in every version of The Sims since the very beginning. Berges shows us how to use Build Mode by creating a house for the Goths, tailored to their personalities.

There's a lot of dragging, dropping and customization. It's now possible to drop in entire rooms, completely furnished, onto a patch of land. Walls now have three different heights and can be adjusted as needed.

You'll also be able to place windows in an entire room with just one click. Don't like the placement of windows in a particular room? Well, you can change how they're placed and totally customize the living space. You're even given the ability to change the shape of your roof at will.

Perhaps the most convenient new feature is the ability to pick up a whole house and move it around a lot. This will make it so that your lot is always changing according to your every whim. Want more space for a pool? Why not. Want to create a moat (who doesn't?), but don't have enough clearance for it? Then move that house, sucka! The possibilities are only limited by your own imagination -- and, we guess, your RAM and graphics cards.

Watch the video above and look out for The Sims 4 when it destroys any semblance of productivity you have in your life in Fall 2014.
