Broken Age is officially the title of Double Fine Adventure. The point and click adventure that so many supported on Kickstarter had its official name revealed at PAX East.
Dropchord, the motion sensitive rhythm game from eccentric studio Double Fine, recently had it’s first gameplay trailer released … and we have no idea what is going on here. In fact it feels like we now know less about the game than we did when we knew nothing about it. How is that even possible!?
Maniac Mansion and Monkey Island creator Ron Gilbert made some news last week when he announced his departure from Double Fine, following the release of The Cave. As he took his leave, Gilbert announced a that he was already at work on a new game. Dropchord, Double FIne Studio's newest musical maniacal creation, will be coming out this year on Mac, PC, and iOS with support for the Leap Motion Controller.

Though at one time Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Petersson was in talks to help fund a sequel to Psychonauts, it appears those dealings have fallen through.
