This tribute to X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter and Wing Commander is being retrofitted for a beautiful re-release.

According to the PlayStation Blog, Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut is a revamped version of last year's original PC space-shooter. Be ready to take a Starfox-like approach to dogfighting with some of the best graphics to grace the shooter genre to date.

A major difference that sets Strike Suit Zero apart from its cohorts is your ship's ability to change from a traditional space fighter to a 'Gundam'-like suit of armor called a Strike Suit. The Strike Suit designs themselves were done by Junji Okubo, who is responsibly for the designs of Infinite Space and Steel Battalion.

Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut is expected for a March launch on both next-gen platforms.
