Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic Pics Reveal Disney Infinity 3.0 Gameplay

We get an awesome look at The Clone Wars-inspired models for Twilight of the Republic, the prequel trilogy Star Wars game coming to Disney Infinity 3.0.

Disney Interactive and Avalanche Software have released a bunch of screenshots for Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic, which will be included with Disney Infinity 3.0. While this new Disney Infinity title will include a variety of additions from Avengers: Age of Ultron, Inside Out and Tron: Legacy, it will also feature a variety of games and figures spanning the entire Star Wars series. Twilight of the Republic will take place during the prequel trilogy and is being developed by both Ninja Theory and Avalanche Software. You can expect to visit Tatooine, Geonosis, Naboo and Coruscant while playing as Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Mace Windu, Darth Maul and many more famous faces of the Force. There will be adventures set during Episodes IV-VI as well. Better yet, there will be a Disney Infinity 3.0 set coming that is solely based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic will be included in Disney Infinity 3.0's Starter Pack, which will cost $64.99 when it launches this fall for Wii U, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The Starter Pack will contain the Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano figurines as well as the Infinity base. Players should know that the series is forward compatible. This means that older figures from Disney Infinity 1-2 will work with 3.0, but the new figurines will not work with the previous versions of the game.
