One of Square Enix's other fan favorite RPG series is making a return next year for the PlayStation Vita.

Square Enix has announced that the SaGa series is finally making its return after a 13-year-long absence from the gaming scene with SaGa 2015 for PS Vita, Kotaku reports. Series creator Akitoshi Kawazu announced the game to the world during a Square Enix livestream event for the series' 25th anniversary. The last console game that the series saw released was Unlimited Saga in 2002 for the PlayStation 2, which was met with negative criticism due to its high difficulty.

Whether SaGa 2015 is a new Final Fantasy Legend, SaGa Frontier, Romancing SaGa, Unlimited SaGa or something entirely different, we can't wait to see what the year brings for this artful RPG series.
