Hideo Kojima has stated that Silent Hills is being designed in a way that will make us pee ourselves. Too late, Mr. Metal Gear, its Playable Teaser (P.T.) did it first.

We'd make a joke about P.T. standing for potty training, but after its multitude of creepiness, it sort of sticks (gross). Polygon reports that Kojima claimed Silent Hills is going to make you do what Snake ordered the horse to do in the latest Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain demo -- crap itself.

"Originally, we were thinking of making a game that would make you pee your pants," Kojima said. With Guillermo Del Toro helping with the story, Kojima changed his mind and said, "we are aiming for a game that will make you s--- your pants."

Don't forget, this is the guy who created Johnny Sasaki.

The Metal Gear creator admits that if a game is filled with too much terror, the fanbase could be turned off. He knows that gamers will stop playing if it's too scary, but that's too bad -- it's Silent Hill. You don't play Silent Hill because you want to shoot from behind cover, save a princess or collect some stars. You play Silent Hill because you want a deep, macabre story about a potentially broken character going through hell and back.

"So be it. We don't care," Kojima said. "We are aiming for a game that will make you s--- your pants. So please make sure you have a [change of clothes]. The limited edition [of Silent Hills] will probably include a pair of trousers."

Kojima explained that P.T.'s graphics purposely had Fox Engine toned down to make it look like an indie developer made the game. He also didn't expect people would be able to solve it's final puzzle so fast, revealing that P.T. was actually the playable teaser for Silent Hills.

Nevertheless, we can't wait to see what kind of hell Kojima and Del Toro put Norman Reedus through when we get to Silent Hills.
