Shovel Knight Trailer: Shovel of War

One of the best indie games of 2014, Shovel Knight, is heading to PlayStation consoles, and a certain God of War is standing in his way.

Yacht Club Games is bringing Shovel Knight over to PlayStation consoles. This means that its excellent, retro-style of gameplay is going to be on the PS Vita, PS3 and PS4. The 8-bit visuals of Shovel Knight is bound to remind us of the Mega Man and Castlevania series, but with its own unique twist on things. Shovel Knight uses a shovel blade, which is going to be tested against the PlayStation's best. That's right, Kratos from God of War is being added to the PlayStation versions of the game. Even in 8-bit form, Kratos looks really angry.

Shovel Knight should be hitting the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita in 2015.
