Shovel Knight Reaches New Kickstarter Goal For Mac And Linux

Shovel Knight continues its Kickstarter success after it exceeded its $130,000 stretch goal over the weekend. Thanks to this achievement, Shovel Knight will be available in Mac and Linux versions, along with the previously announced PC, Nintendo Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS.

Gamers who pledged $10 will receive access DRM-free versions of the game on Windows, Linux or Mac. Backers who paid $15 or above will be sent a poll with, "expanded digital options," which will include the option to receive the Wii U, 3DS, or the proposed Steam version.

With its Kickstarter campaign ending on April 13th, Yacht Club Games has easily surpassed its $75,000 pledge goal. Still, the developers have set up a Shovel Knight Paypal Page in hopes of receiving more funding.
