The PlayStation indie library continues to strengthen every day, with the wacky limo driving game Roundabout being the latest indie darling to join the House of Sony.

The PlayStation Blog recently unveiled the news via a post from Dan Teasdale, one half of the studio creating the new driving game. The game will be launching for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, and demos of both versions will be available to try at the PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas on Dec. 6 and 7.

For those unfamiliar with the concept, Roundabout is "a ’70s B-Movie game where you get to drive a constantly spinning limousine. As famed revolving limousine driver Georgio Manos, you’ll drive around the open world of Roundabout picking up passengers, finding collectibles, competing in challenges, buying hats, and much more! We’re using a cutting edge next-gen technique called “full motion video” to recreate and render each passenger that rides in Georgio’s limo with lifelike accuracy."

Imagine Crazy Taxi in a longer vehicle, but that vehicle also spins like a fans while driving down the road. Based on the trailer alone we expect manic crashes, a lot of crushed innocent bystanders, and a lot of unique fun. We love when a new indie game brings a fresh idea to the big stage, and we hope Roundabout is the next big hit.
