Square Enix revealed the contents of its $149.99 Collector's Edition of Rise of the Tomb Raider, which features a (you guessed it) statue and steelbook case.

Square Enix and Tomb Raider's official websites have started taking pre-orders for Rise of the Tomb Raider's Collector's Edition. We also get a peek at the contents of this awesome package. As you would expect, there's a steelbook case for the game included and a statue featuring Lara Croft. Of course, steelbook cases and statues are commonplace with Collector's Editions (as are printed maps for some reason). Luckily, this Collector's Edition throws us a curveball based on the rest of its contents.

Here's what Rise of the Tomb Raider Collector’s Edition will include:

  • Full retail copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider.
  • 12”-tall statue of Lara Croft, which depicts her searching for answers on her first Tomb Raiding Expedition.
  • Collectible Steel Case, crafted with the symbol of an artifact.
  • A replica of Lara’s leather in-game journal.
  • A model of Lara's Jade Necklace, including the pendant that was her first archaeological discovery, and the strap that was given to her by Conrad Roth, her late mentor.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is expected to launch on Nov. 10 for Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game will release on Windows 10 and Steam in early 2016. Lastly, Rise of the Tomb Raider will launch for PlayStation 4 during the 2016 holiday season. There is still no word on its PS3 release. We also heard that there's going to be a sequel to Rise of the Tomb Raider that will be developed sometime after this title launches.
