A 30-minute gameplay video of the Xbox 360 version of Resident Evil: Revelations HD has popped up online, showing off the console version in motion.

The video, spotted by CVG, popped up on German site AreaGames' YouTube page. There's a lot of German commentary over the video, but you can still get a good idea of just how different the HUD looks versus the Nintendo 3DS version. The graphics have obviously been tuned up as well, and it's clear Revelations HD looks a bit better than the handheld version. It's not quite up to Resident Evil 5 or Resident Evil 6 standards, but that's to be expected.

It will be interesting to see how the audience reacts to Revelations after the debacle that was RE6. This HD port does have a more traditional survival horror feel and vibe, but fans may be turned off from another Resident Evil game coming out so soon after RE6 disappointed them. They'd be missing out, as Revelations is an incredibly solid game (at least on the 3DS), but time and sales will inform Capcom of the preferred direction of future titles in the franchise.

You can check out the footage below, and let us know if you'll be giving Resident Evil another chance when Revelations HD arrives.
