Retro Space Noir Gemini Rue Will Hit the App Store Tonight

Attention cyberpunk nerds everywhere. The point-and-click sci-fi adventure game Gemini Rue, originally released in 2011 for the PC, is about to hit the US and UK App Store tonight! No need to replay that old copy of Beneath a Steel Sky anymore.

We've been looking forward to this one ever since we previewed the title back in February. In Gemini Rue, you play as Azriel Odin, a former assassin who's searching for his brother Nathaniel.

Now on the side of the law, you will have to help Odin use all of his resources to track down his missing sibling. But unlike your standard cop noir tale, Gemini Rue takes place in the 23rd century in a different solar system. Retro space noir? Yes, please.

We're looking forward to this port. Hopefully Wadjet Eye Games has done right by the original. Gemini Rue will hit the App Store tonight, priced at around four bucks.
