Respawn Previews Titanfall’s Dig Site Map from Frontier’s Edge

Respawn Entertainment has revealed the first of three maps that will be included in the upcoming Frontier’s Edge expansion for Titanfall, entitled Dig Site, giving details about the map and showing off a trio of images.

The Dig Site is a working mining operation, but IMC attacks have put the operation on hold while the Militia defends the valuable asset. Rocksteady promises a bloody ground battle where Titans engage is short and medium-range combat over elevation changes and narrow pathways. Surrounded by high stone walls, the site features a massive rock saw that looms over the terrain like a massive, industrial skyscraper, providing cover and escape routes for pilots.

Two more maps from Frontier’s Edge remain to be revealed. Respawn promises details on both maps, Export and Haven, sometime over the next week. The Developer also teased their upcoming Titanfall: Frontier’s Edge Live stream, which will happen on Twitch soon.

No release date has been announced for Frontier’s Edge yet, but we know it’s coming soon, and that it will cost $9.99 as a stand-alone update. Season Pass subscribers will get Frontier’s Edge for free.
