The latest screenshots of Resident Evil Revelations 2 introduces us to some new enemies, and Barry's outfit is starting to look awfully familiar.

The official Facebook page for Resident Evil has just released some new screenshots of Claire Redfield's return to survival horror. Resident Evil Revelations 2 features Claire Redfield teaming up with Moira Burton to escape a prison filled with all sorts of biological organic weapons (undead monstrosities that can eviscerate you). Barry, Moira's father and a good friend of Chris Redfield, is on the hunt to bring Claire and Moira back to safety. In these pictures, we can see that Barry is teamed up with a mysterious little girl, named Natalia Korda, on the monster-filled island. Natalia has some strange ability to sense danger from the bio-organic weapons, and she can get to places Barry can't. Just as Moira doesn't use guns (for whatever stupid reason) and Claire must protect her, Barry must do the same for Natalia.

Speaking of Barry, his outfit is very reminiscent of Joel from The Last of Us. A weathered veteran who saw some crap in his day wearing a beat up jacket with a camper backpack that has rifles and guns hanging off it? You can do better than that, Capcom. These new monsters look heavily influenced from previous horror works as well. The split-faced Revenant takes direct inspirations from John Carpenter's 'The Thing' mixed with The Evil Within, the little rat monsters look like they were pulled from Parasite Eve or Silent Hill and the bloating/exploding zombie from Left 4 Dead is apparently a part of the mix.

Moira and Claire walk into a Barry when Resident Evil Revelations 2 launches on Feb. 17 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.

We feel like we've seen this before, but it's still creepy:
