Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Getting Super-Secret Bases

The secret bases of the Hoenn region are back with all new accessories, furniture and plushies you can use to decorate your home away from home in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.

The official Pokemon website has announced that the secret bases of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are back in their upcoming Nintendo 3DS remakes. Even better, the Super-Secret Bases will use the Nintendo 3DS' online capabilities to join up with friends, so you can make it like your very own Pokemon Gym for your friends and other players online to visit and challenge you. Your character's base members will act as NPCs which visiting players can challenge in preparation to duel you.

Super-Secret Bases will also have a capture-the-flag gameplay mode. Every players' Secret Base has a flag which you can remove daily. Having lots of flags will improve your team's rank and rewards. You can also use a QR code to get into the Secret Base of a particular friend or player.

Be ready to build your own Secret Base and act as your own Pokemon Gym leader this November when Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire launch exclusively for Nintendo 3DS.
