Phil Spencer Impressed with Black Tusk’s Progress on Gears of War

The head of Xbox is quite pleased with Black Tusk Studios' progress on the Xbox One Gears of War title.

Polygon reports that Phil Spencer, the head of Microsoft's Xbox division, recently made a Tweet that complimented Black Tusk Studios on their development of the next Gears of War title for the Xbox One. When asked "how good does it look," Spencer made a logical response/compliment.

"As happens on any [platform, the] longer teams have w/ [hardware] the better they get at using n better the tools get," Spencer said.

Xbox's head of marketing, Aaron Greenberg, replied to Spencer's praises of Black Tusk with his own approval. Unfortunately, there is still no type of launch window for the next entry of the Gears of War series, which is going to be an Xbox One exclusive.
