Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Trailers: Meet Akihiko, Kanji and Naoto

The crews from Persona 3 and 4 collide yet again as we get to see Akihiko, Kanji and Naoto each testing their might in these new trailers for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

Atlus has released three new trailers introducing Akihiko, Naoto and Kanji to Persona 4 Arena: Ultimax. While their inclusions should be no surprise by this point, we get to hear their voices dubbed in English. Surprisingly, Atlus has stepped up their voice acting quality tremendously. If you listen close to one of the trailers (we're not going to say which one), you can hear the voice of Johnny Yong Bosch, a veteran voice actor known for playing Kaneda in the icon anime movie 'Akira' and Vash the Stampede in 'Trigun'. He was also the black Power Ranger, but not the one you remember.

The short, silver-haired Akihiko Sanada is making his return from Persona 3 while Naoto Shirogane and Kanji Tatsumi should be familiar faces to fans of Persona 4. Naoto brings his guns to the fight, and Kanji is easily one of the tallest fighters in the game, which means he'll have a huge hitbox, but he'll have reach.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax brings demon possession back to the fighting game genre when it launches on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on Sept. 30.
