Those hoping to help Abe get his exodus on in this gorgeous remake are in for a pleasant surprise.

Oddworld series developer, Just Add Water, has announced that their remake of Abe's Oddysee, Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty, is going to be released as a cross-buy title, Destructoid reports. This means that if you buy the game once, whether for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 or PS Vita, you will be able to download it for free on Sony's other platforms. Just Add Water has also announced that the game will have a cross-save feature, so you don't have to worry about losing your save data when going from one Sony platform to the next.

That's right, you can play Oddworld on your Vita, and easily switch over to a big screen and continue playing on a PS4 if you would like. Be prepared to help our favorite Mudokon named Abe try to liberate his people from the Sligs once again as Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty comes out for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita for the cross-buy price of $29.99. Just Add Water has hinted that we will be getting a formal announcement of Oddworld's release date on June 9, which is one day prior to E3.
